Settlement of maternal inheritance, 1927
Aqa Zaynal, son of the late Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, settles his inheritance from his mother, excluding her belongings in Istanbul, but including cash, houses, clothing, jewelry, land, interest from assets, et cetera to his brother, Haji Javad Aqa the merchant, in exchange for one thousand and six hundred tumans. His mother's belongings in Istanbul will be divided among other inheritors. Haji Javad Aqa has taken on all his mother's debts.

Marriage contract of Khayr al-Nisa’ and Ramazan ‘Ali, 1863
Marriage contract of Khayr al-Nisa’, daughter of the late Karbalayi ‘Abd al-‘Ali from Haji Mahal neighborhood of Lahijan, and Ramazan ‘Ali, son of Mirza Baba Muhammad from Lahijan. The mahr is sixty-six tumans and three thousand three hundred fifty dinars to buy Baghdadi wrapping cloth, some women's clothes, a gold ring, a gold talisman, and eight gold coins. The rest of the mahr as cash. On the margin: "The bride settled with her brother, Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali, exchanging twenty tumans for a set of clothes."

Settlement concerning Qamar Taj Shams Aʻ zam's assets ,1924
In this settlement, Qamar Taj Shams Aʻzam, daughter of Amir Husayn Khan Nasir Nizam and wife of Aqa Mirza Ahmad Khan Muʼayyad al-Mulk, transfers her assets to Husayn Quli Khan Arfaʻ al-Mulk, the minor son of her husband. According to this settlement, Shams Aʻzam has the right to abrogate this settlement within 50 years. She abrogated the settlement on May 28, 1928.

Settlement to resolve the dispute between Haj Khan Baba Khan Bahadur al-Sultan and his two maternal aunts, Zahra (known as Akram al-Muluk) and Mahparvar, the daughters of Parviz Chahardawli, regarding the one third of the inheritance of Asiyah, the maternal grandmother of Bahadur al-Sultan. In three copies: four Muhammad'uf brothers, Haj Baba, the late Haj ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the late Aqa ‘Ali Asghar, and the late Aqa Mashhadi Najaf, jointly owned the real estate business covering properties in Azarbayjan and Islambul [Istanbul]. The first document, dated 1882, is a copy of the settlement between Haj Habib Allah, son of the late Haj Mirza ʻAbd Allah, and his sister, Mahi Khanum, transferring the ownership of Mahi Khanum's belongings, including silverware, furniture and goods, land and housing, clothes and fabric, etc. in exchange for a pair of gold bracelets, a knife, and fourteen shahis. Settlement between Aqa Baygum, daughter of Haj Muhammad Javad from Isfahan and wife of Haj Muhammad Sadiq from Dastjird, and her two sons, Muhammad Hadi Arbab and Muhammad Shafi‘, exchanging four-and-one-half acres of a property in Dastjird, which she inherited from her son, Hasan ‘Ali, for one hundred dinars. Settlement between Ma‘sumah Khanum and her husband, 1880
Settlement between Ma‘sumah Khanum, daughter of the late Muzaffar al-Dawlah, and her husband, Hamid Mirza Yavar [artillery colonel], over her paternal inheritance for one charik [unit of weight] nabat. On June 4, 1880, Hamid Mirza Yavar transferred all the inheritance to Ma‘sumah Khanum for some nabat [crystal sugar] and one misqal [unit of weight] of silver.

Settlement between Ma‘sumah Khanum and Muhammad Taqi, 1901
Ma‘sumah Khanum, daughter of the late Mirza Ibrahim Khan Amirtuman, gives her share of inheritance to Sayyid Muhammad Taqi in exchange for some sugar cubes and some nabat [crystal candy]. Later, on November 6, 1901, Sayyid Muhammad Taqi returns all the settled properties to Ma‘sumah Khanum for the same settlement fee.
